1. Where is your location?

We have two outlets. Sabaai Sabaai Traditional Thai Massage at 49a Boat Quay Singapore 049838 & Sabaai Sabaai Boutique Spa at Wisma Atria #03-01B | 435 Orchard Road Singapore 238877.

2. What is the difference between the outlets?

While both outlets have their specialities, they both share a common passion for Thai massage. Sabaai Sabaai at Boat Quay is focused on the art of massage. Sabaai Sabaai at Wisma Atria goes beyond massage, offering a range of spa facilities to further enhance your well-being.

3. Does Sabaai Sabaai provide any other type of massage besides Thai Massage like deep tissue, tuina or sports massage?

Our Therapist undergoes rigorous training in Traditional Thai massages. Both branches of Sabaai Sabaai are solely dedicated to Thai Massages and Thai Therapies, offering customers a unique and specialized experience.

4. Why must we fill in a Health questionnaire with our particulars before the session can commence?

Sabaai Sabaai is a registered Massage Establishment with a CAT1 ME license and both our outlets are accredited by CaseTrust, we are required to follow the procedure set. Please assist us in ensuring all details are filled up correctly and truthfully. This is a mandatory requirement by the government for licensed massage establishments. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Please fill out the form so that we can proceed with your appointment.

5. PDPA - Why do I need to fill up my identity card/passport number?

Organisations that are licensed to operate under the Massage Establishment Act, such as a spa that provides massages are required to collect NRIC / Passport numbers of customers by law. Please assist us in filling up your particulars as it is required as part of our license requirement. All information has to be recorded with Full Name, IC / Passport, Time of arrival and Time of leaving. We thank you for your understanding. 6. SPA INSURANCE - Why do I need to fill up a Spa insurance form for my voucher/credit purchase?

Licensed CAT1 Massage Establishments with Casetrust accreditation are required by law to purchase a spa insurance plan to protect customers’ prepayments. This is designed to enhance consumer protection, allowing consumers to claim back the unused portion of the prepayment made, in the event of closure of the accredited business. 7. Do I need to book in advance or can I just walk in?

We advise all customers to book in advance to avoid disappointment as slots might have been filled. Please call / WhatsApp us for any last-minute appointment before heading down.

8. What payment do you accept?

We accept all credit card payments, paynow, nets and cash.
