We are a licensed massage establishment with CaseTrust accreditation and are required by law from SPF and PDPC to collect the customer's full identity card/passport number. According to PDPC | Massage Establishment Rules 2018 (S96/2018) must require a client to furnish his or her NRIC number or the particulars of his or her passport travel document before providing any massage services.   1. Sabaai Sabaai is fully committed to delivering consistent quality services as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14 (2), Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law. Sabaai Sabaai is a customer-oriented company and provides supreme quality service to our customers. We are committed to achieving total customer satisfaction through excellence in service quality, giving our customers the most exclusive, relaxing, and satisfying experience.

  2.  Sabaai Sabaai values and guarantees the satisfaction of our customers through the quality of goods and level of services rendered. Customers may request a different therapist if they are not satisfied with the therapist assigned or have the option to stop the massage within the first ten minutes. Upon completion of the full treatment, the customer is liable to make the full payment. A prepaid credit customer who wishes to return or refund a purchased prepaid credit or gift voucher can always do so within a cooling period of 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays) of purchase for a full refund. All discounts, promotional and complimentary discounts will not be included in refunds. If any or part of the pre-payment has been utilized, the remaining balance will be refunded. Refund will not be granted for any ala – carte services.

  3.  For all prepayments (credit purchase, gift vouchers) we will provide a cooling off period of 5 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holidays). For prepayment partially consumed within 5 working days, the refund is calculated after deducting the services used based on ala-carte rates. · Refund for prepayment partially consumed after 5 working days the refund is calculated after deducting the services used based on ala-carte rates with a chargeable bank fee of 5% from the original credit purchased amount. Refunds for prepayment not consumed after 5 working days will be refunded with a chargeable bank fee of 5% of the original amount purchased. From the date of purchase upon presentation of the original transaction receipt. Customers are allowed to choose a prepaid credit of an equivalent value for exchange. All refunds will be processed, and payments will be made within fourteen days of such requests. Prepaid credits are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers. All prepaid credits signed have a one-year validity from the date of purchase. Prepaid credits customers are required to place a deposit of ten dollars for the smart card upon purchase of prepaid credits. The deposit is refundable upon the return of the smart card. Damage or lost smart card is chargeable at ten dollars per card. It is mandatory to bring along your smart card for verification purposes and for us to access your prepaid credit records on every visit.

  4. We do not collect any deposit for bookings. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to avoid a reduced treatment duration. A late arrival may result in a shortened appointment. While we strive to always start your session according to the scheduled time, delays are not unusual. Kindly plan 15 minutes of waiting time into your busy schedule just in case of unexpected delays. Cancellation of bookings from new or non-regular customers should be made two hours before the appointment either by phone at Boat Quay Outlet or Wisma Outlet(+65 60150586) or by email (info@sabaaisabaai.com) This is to ensure that there is a reasonable time for us to re-schedule and offers the cancelled time slot to another customer.

  5. Gift vouchers are available for purchase on our website (www.sabaaisabaai.com) and must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase. We will provide insurance coverage and give documentary proof of insurance coverage upon purchasing gift vouchers. The voucher recipient is advised to book an appointment to ensure the availability of the preferred time. The gift voucher purchased cannot be redeemed for cash. Personal details will be required for issuing insurance coverage purposes.

  6. We assured customers that our staff do not engage in selling activities or any form of selling tactics during and in the treatment room. We are transparent in our pricing and strictly do not offer free trials or deep discounts to entice new customers. We firmly believe in the performance of our well-sought-after treatments which is the main reason we have attracted a strong and loyal but discerning clientele. We also train all our staff not to speak to customers in our treatment rooms as it is a silent area and we do not want to disturb the customers.

  7. Customers are given documentary proof of insurance coverage upon signing of credit purchase. We provide insurance coverage to protect customers from their prepayments, all pre-payments including credit purchases and gift vouchers will be covered by the approved insurance.   8. Discounts, promotional and special offer prices shown on advertisements, brochures and posters are subject to certain terms and conditions. We will honour the prices offered according to the terms and conditions of the offer during purchase.

  9.  Customers shall pay the exact amount of the service charges as specified in the receipt. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, Paywave and Cash. We accept cash only in the Singapore currency.

  10.  Sabaai Sabaai is committed to avoiding over or under-charging and ensuring correct change is given. Front-line staff is thoroughly briefed on all types of charges before their implementation. Any change in the charges will be published in our pricelist and brochures or displayed on standees to prevent overcharging or undercharging. The price lists used are clear and legible. A receipt will be issued for the amount paid.

  11. Sabaai Sabaai Traditional Thai Massage (49a Boat Quay S049838) is not GST registered prices shown are net. Sabaai Sabaai Boutique Spa (435 Orchard Road #03-01B S238877) is a GST-registered company (202000165N) all prices shown will have exclusive and inclusive GST prices displayed.

  12.  All prices quoted at Sabaai Sabaai Boutique Spa at 435 Orchard Road #03-01B Wisma Atria Singapore 238877 for Spa facilities, facials, massage treatments and other packages are shown with exclusive and inclusive tax, and any other surcharges (if any). All items and services are listed clearly in our service menu, reflected in communication materials to customers. We are a GST-registered company, (Wisma Atria Outlet) and the inclusive price shown is net.

  13.  Any additional charges for additional services such as service upgrade requests not included in the original package are clearly stated in the spa menu.

  14.  Sabaai Sabaai honours the prices quoted at the time of booking for treatments spa packages and other related services. Customers will not be subjected to sudden changes in prices.

  15.  Sabaai Sabaai is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customers. All customers’ data obtained are solely for the purposes of registration and completing the service package. Permission shall be obtained from the customers should their personal data be required for purposes other than internal marketing and billing.
