How to Sign Up:
Signing up for our Loyalty Rewards Program is quick and easy. Scan the QR code after your spa session. Simply fill in your details and our friendly receptionist will digitally stamp your loyalty rewards card. Please save the digital card to your mobile phone's wallet. Once you've signed up, you'll start earning stamps right away!
Using Your Loyalty Rewards:
Once you've signed up, our system will keep track of your visits. On your 5th visit, you'll automatically receive a 10% discount on your total bill. This reward is our way of saying thank you for your continued support.
As you continue to visit us, your loyalty will be rewarded even further. On your 10th visit, you'll receive an even bigger discount of 15% off your bill. This special discount is our way of showing our appreciation for your ongoing loyalty.
Birthday Month Discount:
As an appreciation for our loyal customers, we want to celebrate your birthday with you. That's why, as a member of our Loyalty Rewards Program, you'll enjoy a one-time birthday discount of 50% off a 90-minute massage during your birthday month.
Terms and Conditions:
Earn 1 stamp for every $80 spent on a single receipt. Available to use at both outlets.

Collect 5 stamps to receive 10% off & 10 stamps to receive 15% off.
This loyalty reward will expire on 31st October 2024.
Stamps and rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash. This card is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other cards or promotions. We are unable to backtrack to any previous session. This loyalty reward starts from the customer’s signup date. Please collect the stamp on your mobile app upon payment at every visit.
Birthday Discount: Please show your identity card to verify your birthday to claim this birthday discount. This is applicable only to the registered name and mobile number of our Royal Rewards Customers and is non-transferable. Birthday Discount 90 mins massage is not changeable for other durations or other types of services. Validity: 1st Nov 2023 to 31st October 2024.
